My order (two new G5 remotes) was not fulfilled. I received a shipment of one, used*, remote. This used remote continually disconnects causing me to stop and reset my board. Ten days after letting them know what happened, we still have no resolution.

The controller is very simple and easy to install.
There’s a mode select button which can change easily low,middle and high speed.
Absolutely perfect.
